In a world where I have somehow been thrust into adulthood, but still very much feel like the adult world is not where I belong as yet, skincare makes me feel mature. As if taking the time to take care of myself and use products that might make me look good but for sure make me feel good is a little treat for myself that says, “No matter how lost you are, at least you're at a point where you take care of yourself.”
