Nancy started This For That (TFT) in 2016 after feeling extremely guilty about buying and hoarding fashion. "It was around the same time that I was reading up a lot about the sharing economy and wanted to do something in the space, in the Indian context." says Nancy.
At the time there were no alternatives available in the Indian landscape for people like her who didn't always want to buy things they knew they wouldn't use more than once or twice, but had to due to lack of options. Fashion swapping seemed like a great idea because it's something that women already do with their mothers/sisters/friends.
This For That, takes the good old principle of barter and gives women access to 100s of closets at the click of a button. On top of that it's free and good for the environment.
THIS FOR THAT, INDIA'S FIRST AND ONLY FASHION SWAPPING/SHARING PLATFORM FOR WOMEN, TO TRADE ALL THAT IS LYING UNUSED AND UNDER USED IN THEIR CLOSETS, FOR THINGS THEY WANT.
